Machinist
Machinists use a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish parts to precise specifications. They interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering instructions to determine the setup and machining operations required. Machinists work with metals, plastics, and other materials, selecting appropriate tools and materials based on job requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Interpret technical drawing and perform machining process
- Perform machine code programming
- Operate, set up parts and product parts as per drawing specification
- Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining process
- Ad-hoc as per request
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years’ experience in related field
- Able to read technical drawings
- Have machining knowledge
